Special Note: Please complete one of these forms for each activity you submit for RU credit with NSF. To obtain RU credit, you must submit to NSF verification of the number of hours attended. Acceptable documentation includes conference agendas, certificates of attendance, transcripts from a college or university, attendance badge or payment receipt.
