The NSF Dietary Supplements team recognizes that each of the client's samples is unique and as a result only apply methods which are scientifically valid and fit for purpose. The NSF testing team assesses the methods performance against certain quality control criteria including an evaluation of recovery from the sample. If a method clearly does not meet the quality control criteria, the method is optimized for the particular sample type. NSF values the knowledge and experience of its clients. Should an unexpected result be obtained, the team discusses it with its clients to determine the underlying causes that may be at play.
