Background on the Instructor
Norman E. Howe is a Senior Partner at the Validation & Compliance Institute (VCI), which provides validation and compliance services for FDA regulated industries. At the VCI, Mr. Howe provides guidance to customers on cGMP compliance in a wide range of industries, including pharmaceuticals, tissues, medical devices, and dietary supplements. Howe has developed many training classes and delivered them to audiences in FDA regulated industries. With over 30 years of experience in the chemical engineering and pharmaceuticals industry, Howe has written numerous publications and has earned his Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry from the University of California, Los Angeles.
