SQF Database

SQF has transitioned to the new Reliance assessment database. Following are some key procedures to assist you and NSF in completing your audit in the new SQF Reliance assessment database:

  1. Update Your Company Contacts

The new Reliance assessment database allows you to have multiple people listed as primary contacts in the system. Anyone who will be entering corrective actions should be listed as a primary contact since notifications and non-conformances will be assigned to all Primary Contacts within the Reliance system.

  2. Update your Company Profile

Review your company profile and make any necessary edits within the Reliance system. Note that changes to your company address or site type will need to be made by SQFI.

For additional assistance, view the Reliance user guides on the SQFI site.
