Leveraging Your NSF Certification: Now that you've received NSF Certification ... why not leverage the Mark to your advantage.
Many of you have already received this notification, but in case the e-mail did not reach you, please note that if your organization was formerly certified by AQA International, you need to read and respond to this request.
As part of the integration process into NSF International Strategic Registrations and in compliance with our accreditation rules and procedures, we must accept the contractual obligation of your current AQA International master service agreement and notify you of the NSF-ISR terms and conditions of certification. These NSF-ISR terms and conditions are posted on our web-site and are available for your review. Please download the amendment to master agreement document which outlines the acceptance of your contract with AQA and lists the web address for our published terms and conditions.
Please sign and return via email, or standard mail by September 28, 2012, the amendment PDF form for our record of your notification and acceptance of NSF-ISR terms and conditions (as required by both IAOB and ANAB procedures) to Katy Uzzolino at kuzzolino@nsf.org or:
