Leveraging Your NSF Certification: Now that you've received NSF Certification ... why not leverage the Mark to your advantage.
The first categories of products included in the EPA WaterSense® program are High-Efficiency Toilets (HETs) as well as irrigation products and irrigation professionals. NSF is approved to certify HETs to the WaterSense specifications.
As of February 2007, EPA is in the process of establishing criteria to certify high-efficiency bathroom sink faucets or faucet accessories also eligible to be labeled under the EPA WaterSense Program.
In addition, EPA plans to research several options to expand product areas in the future, including additional indoor and outdoor home products, as well as commercial products.
