NSF International and Rhode Island Department of Health Launch New Certification Program for Restaurants

Rhode Island Department of Health has partnered with NSF International to create the Dine Safer™ Food Safety Best Practices Program. This state-of-the-art, food safety audit and certification initiative promotes the use of Industry Best Practices and FDA's Food Code requirements to raise the bar for food safety. The Dine Safer™ Food Safety Best Practices Program will provide easily-accessible information on the regulatory inspections of restaurants and other foodservice establishments.
