Why Certification

The Dine Safer™ Food Safety Best Practices Program mark will be awarded to restaurants and other foodservice establishments that meet these requirements demonstrating leadership in food safety and quality.

Achieving the NSF Dine Safer™ Certification means that your foodservice establishment is committed to utilizing best practices. The Rhode Island Department of Health and NSF International will feature your establishment as a facility that makes food safety a top priority. This will allow the consuming public to recognize your facility as a Best Practices establishment.
