HACCP for Building Water Systems Training Course

Every year, tens of thousands of preventable injuries and deaths are caused by hazards from building water systems. The human and financial costs are staggering. Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP) methodology is a structured, systematic, cost-effective paradigm best known for its successful, widespread use in food safety. Through HACCP, specific hazards can be identified and controlled. The adaptation of HACCP to building water systems is an effective method to help prevent waterborne infection, such as Legionnaires' disease, and injuries, such as scalding, associated with building water systems.

NSF now offers education, training and certification courses in HACCP for building water systems. > View Courses
