Andrew Weinbach brings expertise to lead NSF-ISR, a leading management systems registrations body for the automotive, aerospace, chemical, medical device, service and manufacturing industries

ANN ARBOR, Mich. – NSF International Strategic Registrations (NSF-ISR), a leading global certification body that is a division of NSF International, has appointed Andrew Weinbach as its new Global Managing Director. 

In his new role, Weinbach will provide leadership, strategy and direction to NSF-ISR’s management system registration services.  He will lead a global team offering comprehensive management system registrations to internationally accepted standards for quality assurance and environmental protection. This includes systems registrations for the automotive, aerospace, chemical, medical device, service, information security and manufacturing industries via ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, IATF 16949, AS9100/10/20, ISO 13485, ISO 20000, ISO 27001 and RC14001®.

Weinbach brings to NSF-ISR extensive experience in developing global strategies, key account management and new business development gained in several manufacturing industry sectors. He most recently served as President, Singleton Group, Ltd, in Santa Clara, California, an international manufacturer of specialty thin film materials for global electronic original equipment manufacturers (OEMs). Prior to this role, Weinbach was sales and marketing manager for LGS Technologies, LP in Dallas, Texas, developing  marketing and sales strategies in support of mechanically engineered components and assemblies sold to the automotive, aerospace, defense and electronics industries.

Weinbach earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in communications and political science from the University of Kansas and has received specialized training in prospect management and strategic selling.
