ANN ARBOR, Mich. – NSF International, a global independent public health organization that writes standards, and tests and certifies products for the food, water, health sciences and consumer goods industries, has appointed business development directors in two of its key territories: Darryl Yun will be responsible for the Greater China region from NSF International’s office in Shanghai and Marisol Rosemberg Llanos will oversee the Latin American region from NSF International’s office in Lima, Peru. In their new roles, Yun and Rosemberg Llanos will help expand all of NSF International’s programs in their respective regions.

“Darryl and Marisol both bring a wealth of experience to NSF International from their previous work in the inspection, testing and certification industries,” said Ian Haynes, Director of Global Business Development. “They have nearly 40 years in the industry between them and that will help NSF International expand globally.”

Yun brings nearly 20 years of experience in the testing and certification industry to NSF. Prior to joining NSF International, Yun was a Strategic Business Development Director for Bureau Veritas – Shanghai, where he was responsible for finance, sales, human resources, market research and public relations. He was able to develop and acquire high-profile clients as well as start operations in five new laboratories across China. Yun’s experience and passion for developing business relationships will allow him to continue expanding NSF International’s programs and clientele across Greater China. This includes testing, auditing and certification services for the food, water and health sciences industries.

Rosemberg Llanos has worked in the inspection, testing and certification industry for nearly 20 years. Prior to joining NSF International, she held managerial positions at SGS, Peru where she oversaw sales, business development and auditing operations. Her experience in the industry will allow her to leverage her knowledge in order to expand NSF International’s inspection, testing and certification services in the areas of food, water, management systems and pharma biotech throughout Latin America.
