ANN ARBOR, Mich. – Global public health organization NSF International has appointed Mary Ellen Albritton as Global Director of Talent Management. In her new role, Albritton will help develop and implement talent acquisition, leadership, and organization development strategy and initiatives.

Albritton has extensive experience in talent management. Prior to joining NSF International, she served as the Director of Global Talent Management and Corporate Human Resources at Destaco in Auburn Hills, Mich. In this role, Albritton led and developed the global talent management function and was the human resource business partner for the corporate office. She led the development and execution of talent acquisition, talent development and organizational design processes and tools for Asia, Europe and the North and South American regions. Albritton’s experience also includes establishing the leadership development at Holcim, a global cement manufacturer, and holding progressive positions at Dana Corporation, a global automotive supplier, in learning and development, talent management and organization development.

Albritton holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in communication and a Master of Education degree in instructional design and adult education from the University of Toledo.
