Healing has a reputation for designing food quality and sustainability programs for major retailers as well as large-scale livestock, aquaculture and agriculture production systems. Her work over the past 30 years has helped establish food safety, quality, sustainability and animal welfare requirements that are protective of both public health and company reputation.

Most recently, Healing developed a technical and responsible sourcing program for Coles Supermarkets in Australia. This program brought effective quality, sustainability and animal welfare requirements to Coles’ global supplier network, evaluated the sourcing practices of more than 500 seafood operations and helped position the retailer as a global leader in quality and sourcing practices.
