Award recognizes NSF’s leadership in expanding the SQF standard globally and best-in-class online auditor training and calibration

ANN ARBOR, Mich. -- Global public health organization and leading food safety service provider NSF International was awarded SQF Certification Body of the Year by The Safe Quality Food Institute (SQFI) at the Quality Achievement Awards Ceremony during the SQF Conference on October 29, 2014. The award recognizes NSF International for its achievements in developing best-in-class practices, including new online auditor training and calibration tools with case studies and problem solving activities.

This prestigious award also recognizes NSF International’s dedication to the growth and development of the SQF standard globally. As a strong proponent of SQF with more than 1,600 certified facilities in the Americas and Asia, NSF supports the continued development of the food industry with this standard. For six years NSF has been an active member of the SQF Technical Advisory Committee, working to strengthen the standard to ensure SQF is at the leading edge of food safety and quality.
