GUELPH, Ont. Canada — NSF-GFTC, part of NSF International’s Global Food Division, has selected the final candidates for the fourth annual Food Safety Recognition Awards. The winners will be announced from among these candidates on February 25 at the 2016 Canadian Food Safety Forum in Brampton, Ontario.

NSF-GFTC established awards program to recognize excellence in food safety and quality and to encourage companies and individuals to strive for continuous improvement in raising the level of food safety and quality in Canada. To judge the awards, NSF-GFTC brings together a diverse group of food and beverage industry leaders.
