Giles brings extensive knowledge of management systems registration and excellent customer service to his new position
ANN ARBOR, Mich. — NSF International Strategic Registrations, Ltd. (NSF-ISR), a leader in management systems registrations, has appointed Anthony Giles as Business Development Director. Giles, who has extensive knowledge of management systems registrations, will oversee the growth of NSF’s management system registration services both domestically and abroad.
Headquartered in Ann Arbor, Mich., with offices in Europe, Asia, Canada and Latin America, NSF-ISR offers management systems registration solutions to the auto, information technology, food, aerospace, environmental and occupational health and safety industries.
Over the past six years, Giles has played a pivotal role in NSF-ISR’s success and global expansion. He most recently served as service delivery manager where he managed operations and global accounts for more than 6,000 companies. He worked with the NSF-ISR leadership to support accounts in North America and in Europe, earning a reputation for delivering outstanding customer service. Prior to that, he served as corporate global accounts audit manager and registration project manager working closely with companies in the automotive, defense and food sectors.
Before joining NSF, Giles held sales management and customer service roles and received training in ISO 9001 quality management systems, ISO 20000 information technology, Hazard Analysis & Critical Control Points (HACCP) and Miller Heiman sales performance. Giles holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Eastern Michigan University and participated in NSF International’s first Leadership Excellence and Advancement Program.
