    The process for registering a product or service involves the following steps:

    1. Company completes online application form.

    3. For product registration, the company submits a test report from an NSF approved laboratory containing all required data and photographs showing compliance with the requirements for registration.

    5. For registration of services, the company submits completed questionnaires and required documentation.
    6.  
    7. Company submits the appropriate payment of the registration fee and/or any other applicable fees.
