R2, RIOS, eStewards
Industry certification programs for electronic waste (called e-scrap or e-waste) recycling set the standards for safer recycling and disposal of electronic waste. The Responsible Recycling Practices (R2) and e-Stewards® certification programs both include guidelines that define responsible and effective e-waste management. The Recycling Industry Operating Standard® (RIOS) defines an integrated quality, environment, health and safety (QEH&S) management systems standard for the industry.
NSF International Strategic Registrations (NSF-ISR) is fully accredited by the ANSI-ASQ National Accreditation Board (ANAB) to handle your certification requirements for e-Stewards, R2 and RIOS standards.
