These are an excellent tool for trainers, a great tool to use to freshen up your knowledge while preparing for a certification exam. The Food Safety Knowledge Area Guides were created by Environmental Health Testing in collaboration with Steven Sklare, REHS/RS, CP-FS, LEHP an industry veteran, with more than 26 years of experience in the field and in the classroom.
