Course Description

The NSF Certificate in Food Safety Programs is designed to provide students with practical knowledge that can be immediately implemented to meet food safety requirements and standards.  Students may attain the NSF Certificate in Food Safety Programs after successfully completing the requirements for all four ANSI accredited courses within a specified three year time period.  NSF Training and Education schedules all four courses periodically in various locations throughout the country on a quarterly basis.  The courses are also scheduled at least twice per year in one location to offer participants the opportunity to sit for the courses and achieve the NSF Certificate in Food Safety Programs in a more timely fashion.
