Course Description

Prerequisites Programs (PRPs) - Course Fee: $330 General Registration. This one day training course will introduce food industry personnel to basic food safety programs in a one-day instructor led, interactive public or private on-site course. Learning assessment includes completion of individual exercises and an examination. Outlines and defines various prerequisite food safety programs which comprise the foundation for a HACCP-based food safety management system.  This course is a considered prerequisite and/or complementary to the HACCP Training course.
