Course Description

SQF Advanced Practitioner Training: $650 per person;  This two-day course is designed for current SQF practitioners who are seeking additional knowledge and education to assist in maintaining and effecting continuous improvement in their company’s SQF food safety management system.  Three key areas of safety and quality are addressed through hands-on, interactive group activities: 1. Establishing and meeting company food safety and quality objectives; 2. Addressing identified non-conformances utilizing corrective action/preventive action (CAPA) and root cause analysis as a solution and method for building continuous improvement 3. Use of the internal audit program as a tool for determining the effectiveness of the implemented corrective/preventive action.
