Risk Analysis:  Assess, Manage, Communicate; Cost: $189.00; Risk Analysis:  “A process consisting of three components:  risk assessment, risk management and risk communication.” Based on the Global Food Safety Initiative (GFSI) and the Food Safety Modernization Act (FSMA) requirements, this four-hour course offers an overview of the terminology and fundamental approaches used in risk analysis.  Risk mitigation strategies are imperative in the mission to reduce food borne illness.  Participants will learn how to identify hazards, assess their risk and subsequently management and communicate identified risks
