Ready to jump-start a new year, new you for ’22? Answer a few questions, and we’ll tell you about the top resolutions others are making for the year ahead. Maybe they’ll inspire you! Choose all answers that apply for each question, then tally up your score at the end.
I asked a few of my colleagues what they were doing for a “new year, new you” in ’22, and here’s what they said: Most confirmed the usual goals, like better eating, more sleep and more exercise. But some were a little more specific; they mentioned updating their scratched and gouged cookware and getting back to exercise and taking vitamins. Others were focused on trying organic food and plant-based options or learning a new skill, like swimming, speaking a different language or understanding different world cultures.
My resolution? I’ve heard so many good ideas that I may have to think about that a bit more!
