Phil Tucker has over 30 years of experience in health care product business development. In his role as Global Business Development Director, Health Sciences/Dietary Supplements, he is responsible for NSF’s global sales for the health sciences division. During his career, Phil has managed the research, development and launch of hundreds of dietary supplements, over-the-counter drugs, personal care products and medical devices. He has also helped the largest retailers in the world expand their product portfolios in key international markets, including China and Japan. As a product development and innovation expert, he enjoys helping clients think creatively about their business and personally holds three consumer product patents.
Phil joined NSF in 2020. Previously, he served as Director, OTC Sales and Marketing, at Sun Pharmaceuticals; Senior Director, OTC, at Wockhardt; and Business Development Director at Perrigo. From these roles, Phil brings domestic and international business strategy development, significant engagement experience with top global retailers, and omnichannel marketing planning and execution.
Phil believes NSF certification is a key growth driver for leading brands and retailers that want to reduce risk and drive higher levels of trust and transparency. He is leading teams at NSF to help clients navigate the GMP and product-level certification requirements tied to full NSF certification.
