If you wish to submit a written complaint about the Global Trust Certification (GTC) process or GTC clients, NSF will accept your written complaint. This applies to any individual, organisation, worker or employee of a certified client, scheme owner or other interested party.
GTC will address written complaints in accordance with its complaints-resolution procedures.
