Webinar - NSF P453: A New Protocol on Cooling Tower Water Systems

With Legionella outbreaks happening worldwide, it's more important than ever to be sure that you are taking the proper measures to keep your building water safe. While there have been different types of water systems linked to causing Legionella outbreaks, cooling tower water systems have been some of the most recent and prevalent.

This webinar provides information about NSF's new protocol, NSF P453: Cooling Tower Water Systems – Treatment, Operation, and Maintenance to Prevent Legionellosis. This protocol is an important document, providing prescribed methods to fully develop the cooling tower section of an overall building water management plan, including all practical aspects of routine inspection, treatment, operation, maintenance and service of a cooling tower system. The protocol was written and reviewed by an independent panel of leading subject matter experts including the U.S. EPA, the New York Department of Health and the Illinois Department of Health.
