NSF Appoints Director of Global Total Rewards and Talent Reporting

Eileen Vernor has been appointed to lead this vital human resources role

ANN ARBOR, Mich. – NSF, a global public health and safety organization, has named Eileen Vernor to a key role as Director of Global Total Rewards, Mobility and Talent Information Reporting & Systems in its Human Resources department.

In this role, Vernor will lead NSF’s global teams in the core areas of talent reward strategy, which includes setting employee compensation and benefits, as well as the teams that track, report and analyze core talent data in order to drive continuous improvement. She brings to this role more than 25 years of experience in developing and managing global total rewards and mobility programs, and significant experience in performance management, leadership development, and HR systems and strategies.

“The addition of Eileen Vernor as the Director of Global Total Rewards, Mobility and Talent Information Reporting & Systems will enable NSF to better serve our global employees and attract talent to our growing organization,” said Lisa Bell, Vice President, Human Resources, NSF. “Eileen’s role will include developing and implementing new rewards programs, and her vast experience in this area will help ensure NSF continue to be an attractive and innovative global organization in which to work.”

Vernor joins NSF from her prior role as Senior Manager, Global Compensation & Benefits at Key Safety Systems, Inc., a global provider of automotive safety components. Previously she held similar positions in healthcare, energy, manufacturing, retail and professional services organizations.

Vernor earned a Bachelor of Arts dual degree in international relations and Spanish from Syracuse University and a Master of Education degree in industrial counseling/human resources from Northeastern University in Boston. She has lived and worked globally, speaking fluent Spanish. She also has studied Mandarin Chinese, Farsi, Indonesian and Italian.
