NSF Appoints Nancy Cole Director of Analysis Laboratories

ANN ARBOR, Mich. – NSF, a global public health and safety organization, has appointed Nancy Cole Director of Analysis Laboratories. In her new role, she oversees the organization’s microbiology and chemistry laboratory operations at NSF’s Ann Arbor laboratory.

With over 30 years of experience, Cole has worked in supervisory, management and directorial positions in environmental analysis laboratories. In one of her most recent roles, she served as the Laboratory Director for the Dayton, N.J. laboratory for SGS, Inc. (formerly Accutest Laboratories), a multinational company that provides testing, inspection and certification services. During her 28 years with SGS-Accutest, she held various positions in both laboratory management and corporate technical oversight. Prior to SGS-Accutest, Cole served as a Laboratory Supervisor for Radian Corporation.

Cole is originally from Kalamazoo, Mich. She earned her Bachelor of Science in chemistry from Kalamazoo College and her Master of Science in inorganic chemistry from the University of Minnesota.
