All virtual instructor-led training courses are delivered in Indian Standard Time (IST).
This virtual instructor-led training course is delivered in two 7-hour sessions on back-to-back training days.
Root cause analysis (RCA) is a method for problem-solving that identifies permanent practical solutions. RCA is required as part of corrective action in GFSI-benchmarked schemes. What You’ll Do:
- Select an appropriate RCA tool based on the nature of the problem
- Identify which issues are truly significant and prioritize efforts
- Explore ways to identify potential factors causing problems and select the most likely cause(s)
This course is also available as an onsite offering. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for a quote.
