Food Safety Plans and Hazard Analysis for the Dietary Supplement Industry Online Training

Dietary supplement manufacturers and raw material suppliers are not exempt from all the requirements of 21 CFR 117 and may be required to have a written food safety plan. In this one-hour webinar we will highlight the key obligations under 21 CFR 117 subpart C that are required for all raw material suppliers and any manufacturer that makes a product with a Nutrition Facts label.
By combining extensive industry experience and concrete understanding of regulations with flexible and convenient training, participants in this course will:
o Understand the components of a Food Safety Plan and what raw material suppliers need to do to be compliant
o Identify where to find the new regulations under 21 CFR
o Learn the additional GMP requirements for dietary supplements found in 21 CFR 117 subpart B

Certificate of attendance will be issued upon completion of the course. Completion of the course means being in attendance 95% of the log in time.
