ISO 9001:2015 – Understanding and Interpreting the ISO 9001:2015 Standard

This three-day workshop will teach the standard requirements, risk-based thinking, process approach and helps participants understand the basic clauses and benefits of the ISO 9001:2015 standard. Participants will review, understand and interpret the standard which will assist in a smooth implementation of the ISO 9001:2015 version of the standard. This course is designed to teach participants the philosophy and requirements of the ISO 9001:2015 standard and is intended for personnel who will be involved in implementing the requirements of the Standard.

Participants will learn the basics of the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System through lecture and practical exercises, and will participate in flow chart workshops and workshop sessions where the team will complete the context of the organization and stakeholder needs.
