Emma Ewins has over 20 years of experience in pharmaceutical operations management, technical services and QA, gained working for international pharmaceutical organisations. She has held roles in development, manufacturing, site leadership and QA where she has been responsible for fully outsourced operations, supply chains, process development, validation, engineering and manufacturing. Her most recent role before joining NSF was as Vice President of Quality and Technical Services for BTG plc.
Ms. Ewins has played active roles in employee engagement and fostering the culture of an organisation. She also has a passion for promoting STEM subjects in schools and has set up apprenticeship schemes. She studied biochemistry and biotechnology at the University of Manchester Institute of Science (now the University of Manchester).
