As Senior Director of Food Production, Davidson leads NSF’s teams focused on advancing food safety, quality and compliance for manufacturers, retailers and suppliers worldwide. His work supports NSF's mission by helping organizations strengthen food systems, build consumer trust and deliver safe, high-quality food.

Davidson has more than 20 years of experience driving growth, transformation and innovation across the food production, packaging and sustainability sectors. Prior to NSF, he served as Chief Commercial Officer at Genera, leading growth initiatives supporting a $350 million expansion and establishing the company’s position in sustainable fiber-based packaging. Previously, he held senior leadership roles at Amcor Flexibles, overseeing commercial integration, sales and profitability initiatives across North and Latin America.

A Clemson University graduate with a Bachelor of Science in Packaging Science, Davidson serves on the board of PAC Global.
