NSF Launches Its First Artificial Intelligence-Powered Solution
Ann Arbor, Mich. – NSF, the leading global public health and safety organization, today launched its first artificial intelligence (AI)-powered solution: NSF CyberSecure, a software that uses AI to help businesses develop and strengthen information security policies.
Around the globe, cyber-attacks are at an all-time high while information security teams are often underinvested in or burnt out from the added stress. In fact, a World Economic Forum study found that 59% of respondents would find it challenging to respond to a cybersecurity incident due to the shortage of skills within their team.
“Artificial Intelligence is becoming increasingly useful in business applications, and NSF CyberSecure allows us to use this unique technology to help businesses better protect their proprietary operations and company data,” said Tony Giles, Director of NSF-ISR Information Security. “NSF-ISR strives to make information security accessible to organizations of all sizes, and NSF CyberSecure will help us to broaden our reach by providing an affordable, easy-to-use option.”
NSF is the first known certification body to offer an AI-powered solution that reviews information security policies based on key elements of management system frameworks.
NSF CyberSecure is offered through an annual subscription model. Companies can upload their existing policies and the AI will analyze the content and identify any gaps. There is also a “Policy Builder” option which helps clients to build a policy from scratch using on-demand content based on information security best practices and established information security frameworks.
In addition to these functionalities, NSF CyberSecure offers a repository for policies with robust version control.
