Getting Started

Implementation and Configuration

  • We’ll implement and configure the solution to your business needs while rightsizing for scale so that the system can grow with your business.

Go-live Support

  • We’ll hold weekly customer reviews to identify support question trends, proactively sharing tips and solutions with users.
  • We’ll work with you to ensure that the user experience matches your business and technical requirements.

Production Support

  • You’ll receive notifications about upcoming software releases and new features to optimize daily tasks.
  • Get the latest software updates, new features and available solutions.
  • Our team of technical support engineers work with you to investigate symptoms and diagnose the root causes of any issues.
  • We’ll hold a monthly customer review to identify support question trends and proactively share tips and solutions with users.

Upskilling Your Teams

We’ll work with you to identify your individual, departmental and organizational training needs. Whether you’re a new user getting up to speed or a group who needs training, our knowledgeable team will ensure that you know how to use the software to its fullest potential.

Ongoing Support

We know your time is valuable. Our software support team will work closely with you and your team to close any issues found. We appreciate your patience as we investigate, analyze and diagnose root causes. Our support team will keep you informed of any status changes, timetables and workarounds.

We had a very strong support team who did a really good job on-site, implementing the software and going to facilities to train staff. The team has been very supportive, during and after the launch. If requirements change, it only takes one email to make the update, usually within 24 hours.
