Kathryn Foster

Kathryn Foster is the Senior Operations Manager for Water Systems at NSF. Foster has 16 years of experience working in drinking water and wastewater standards. He is the current voting member for NSF on the Joint Committee on Drinking Water Additives and the Joint Committee on Wastewater Technologies.

Foster holds a B.S. in Microbiology and Molecular Genetics from Michigan State University and an M.S. in Cell and Developmental Biology from the University of Michigan. Before joining NSF, she spent several years working in biomedical research, studying signal transduction pathways and carcinogenesis.
