The top 9 “Big 9” food allergens identified in the U.S, the food allergens listed as Priority Allergens by Health Canada and top allergens identified Internationally will be reviewed in an interactive self-paced format.

This is a self-paced eLearning course. This online course will take approximately 1 hour to complete. You can start, stop, and pause at any time, progressing through the course at your own pace.
Learning Outcomes
At the end of the program, learners will be able to:
- Recognize priority allergens requiring declarations in Canada and the U.S.
- Understand common risks for allergen cross-contact
- Identify common approaches for managing allergen risks

Self-paced eLearning - Due date for completion:
If the course is not completed (including completion of the final online exam) within the three month time frame, the learner will need to re-register for the course and pay the full registration fee.
