- To understand key changes and major revisions of IFS Food 7 to IFS Food 8.
- To learn about the revised audit requirements.
- To enable participants to update documentation and practices to comply with IFS Food 8 that enhance and maintain food safety culture and apply risk-based thinking and preventive measures.

- Operational, Quality, Technical Staff and Food Safety personnel working in manufacturing or retail with food safety plans and programs.
- Also suitable for professionals new to the industry.
