In order to qualify for PFAS-free certification:
- For nonfood compounds: Your products must be registered with NSF as a Nonfood Compound, or certified by NSF to ISO 21469, Lubricants with Incidental Product Contact.
- For food equipment materials: Your products must be certified by NSF to Standard 51, Food Equipment Materials.

Contact us and provide the relevant documentation for your product(s)

We’ll conduct a:
- Formulation review and testing setup.
- Label review.
- Total fluorine test (and total organic fluorine test if total fluorine test results are higher than the NSF 537 Guideline).
- Quality control check on the project and related documents.

Following a successful outcome:
- Your NSF online listing (or NSF White Book™ listing for nonfood compounds) will be updated to include your new certificate.
- You will receive authorisation to apply the corresponding certification mark on your products.

Continued compliance for extra peace of mind
- We’ll request an annual attestation is signed by you (the manufacturer) confirming your formulation has not changed.
- We’ll request a sample annually for total fluorine and organic fluorine testing (if necessary) annually to demonstrate ongoing compliance.
