
Terra Vincent-Hall
As Director, Health & Safety Science at NSF, Dr. Terra Vincent-Hall oversees the team that provides rigorous toxicology assessment services to evaluate everyday products, identify risks and protect people from harmful chemicals and substances.
These services, which include risk-based solutions for chemical safety and regulatory needs, help ensure products meet high safety and quality standards. Her team uses the latest methods, cutting-edge technologies and proprietary in-house data tools to provide comprehensive risk assessments to clients spanning all of NSF’s industries in food, water and wellness.
Dr. Vincent-Hall is a board-certified toxicologist with a demonstrated history of addressing environmental, occupational and medicinal exposure issues through research and policy coordination.
Prior to NSF, she spent 14 years as a Senior Toxicologist and Exposure Science Officer for the U.S. Department of Veteran Affairs.
Dr. Vincent-Hall earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from Norfolk State University and a PhD in Toxicology from The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She is also a Diplomate of the American Board of Toxicology.
