James Howe

As Vice President, International Markets of NSF, James Howe provides leadership, client focus and market knowledge to advance the organisation’s strategy around the globe. His teams cover the Asia Pacific, Europe and Africa, Greater China, India and the Middle East, and Latin America regions.

Howe is a seasoned executive with extensive international experience. Since joining NSF in 2024, he has steered significant regional and divisional turnaround, building high-performing teams, sharpening client focus and execution discipline.

With more than three decades in the water, hygiene, and food and beverage industries, Howe has led large, complex P&L portfolios across international markets. Previously, he held senior leadership roles at Nalco Water, an Ecolab company, Corporate Accounts EMEA, Paper Europe (Switzerland) and Light Industry (Asia Pacific, Singapore). Outside work, Howe is driven by family and sport.
