Jyoti Bhasin

Jyoti has a rich professional experience of working in different corporate sectors for more than two and half decades – a strategic leader, Jyoti has successfully led teams to deliver high growth in the service and retail sectors. As a core team member, in starting the NSF Asia Pacific operations, she played a pivotal role in expanding the business in multiple geographies (Australia, New Zealand, Korea, Japan, ASEAN, South Asia, and Middle East) and segments (Food, Water and Health Sciences).

As the Managing Director for the APAC, she has been instrumental in cementing NSF as the premier Safety and Quality Assurance organization, partnering with some of the world’s leading brands in the region at the same time spearheading several key initiatives for the organization, including employee engagement, and representing the region at global leadership forums.

Jyoti is also very passionate about DEIB and is an active member of NSF DEI council.

She has made several contributions to the industry at the grassroots level, has an in-depth knowledge/ understanding of the food and beverage industry, and leads from the front.

A thought leader with an eye for detail, she is an avid team player, who believes in taking everyone along to achieve organizational goals.

Jyoti is an MBA gold medallist and holds a Bachelor’s Degree (Hons) in Chemistry.
