Aligned with the FSSC 22000 Version 7 Certification Scheme and applicable to all FSSC 22000 certification scopes, this course helps participants confidently assess compliance, identify opportunities for improvement, and contribute to the success of their organization's food safety management system

- A good understanding of the FSSC 22000 requirements and food safety principles is essential.
- Participants must have access to ISO 22000:2018 and the applicable ISO 22002-x:2025 PRP series for their sector. These can be purchased through the International Organization for Standardization and the Canadian Standards Association.
Who Should Attend
Operational, Quality, Technical Staff and Food Safety personnel working in manufacturing or retail with food safety plans and programs. Also suitable for professionals new to the industry.

Participants must join the training using their own individual computer or device to meet participation and assessment requirements. Devices cannot be shared between multiple participants. To support engagement and interactive learning, participants are encouraged to join with both video and microphone enabled throughout the session.
