This self-paced GMP refresher training provides a concise, practical review of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and Pre-Requisite Programs (PRPs) for food manufacturing teams. Designed for employees, supervisors, and food safety teams, the course covers essential topics such as sanitation, personal hygiene, allergen control, and pest management to support food safety compliance, audit readiness, and risk reduction. Completed in approximately one hour, it includes examples and knowledge checks to reinforce learning and application and is aligned with GFSI-recognized standards including SQF, BRCGS, and FSSC 22000.

- Apply the Codex 12 steps to HACCP to develop and maintain your HACCP plans
- Assess and verify a process flow diagram
- Differentiate between physical, chemical and biological hazards
- Conduct a hazard analysis
- Determine control measures for identified significant hazards
- Identify critical limits, monitoring methods and corrective actions
- Verify a HACCP plan
