You are a trained HACCP team member. You understand the importance of producing safe food and are key to maintaining your company’s food safety management system. But when did you last test your understanding of HACCP? This online, instructor-led training course reviews the key HACCP concepts and challenges you to examine how you manage the food safety system at your facility.
This training is designed for personnel with knowledge of HACCP systems and experience in the food and beverage industry who want to refresh their HACCP knowledge.
We also offer a self-paced option that you can complete at your own pace, on your own time.
Learning Outcomes
At the end of the program, learners will be able to:
- Adopt a critical approach to the re-evaluation of your HACCP plan
- Recognize the seven principles of HACCP and Codex 12 steps to HACCP
- Identify, analyze and assess hazards for food safety

As an Association for Continuing Education and Training (IACET) Accredited Provider, NSF Training offers CEUs for its programs that qualify under the ANSI/IACET Standard. NSF Training is authorized by IACET to offer the number of CEUs below for this program.

Prerequisites:
- A good working knowledge of the HACCP system is essential.
Technology Requirements:
Participants must join the training using their own individual computer or device to meet participation and assessment requirements. Devices cannot be shared between multiple participants. To support engagement and interactive learning, participants are encouraged to join with both video and microphone enabled throughout the session.
