Assignment turnaround can take up to 10 days. If you’re still within this time frame, your assignment is currently being marked, and your results will be with you shortly.

If you still haven’t received your results after 10 days, please contact us via the form below, and we will be in touch with your results shortly. Your course tutor will contact you directly with your assignment results.

When Will I Receive My Certificate?

Our standard turnaround time upon course completion is 10 business days. If you’re still within this time frame, your certificate will be with you shortly.

Your LCQ certificate will be processed and can take up to 21 days upon successful completion of assessments.

Login Issues

I Can’t Find My Login Details

Details of how to log into or join an online learning course are included in your course registration confirmation email.

To find your login details, please go to the email account you registered with and search or check for the below:

  • Check your junk/spam folder
  • Search for keywords, such as:
    • The course name
    • ‘Registration’
    • ‘NSF’

If you have logged into your online learning session but are having issues seeing/hearing your tutor, please check your audio/camera settings.

Cancellations or Rescheduling

Please see below for information on cancelling or rescheduling your training course.

How Do I Cancel or Reschedule My Course?

How Much Notice Do I Have to Give if I Need to Cancel My Course?

If you cannot attend a course, we would appreciate it if you could let our team know within 10 working business days prior to the course. To cancel, please feel free to reply to the course registration confirmation email or call us at:

If I Need to Cancel My Course, Are There Any Cancellation Fees?

Cancellation Policy (Public Training): Substitutions (in writing) are welcome anytime, but please notify us as soon as possible.

Early Cancellations (more than two weeks prior to the course date): A refund will be issued for the registration fee paid.

Late Cancellations (less than 2 weeks prior to the course date): Please note that a full refund will be issued only when cancellation is received in writing two weeks prior to the course taking place. After this period, a 25% of the full course fee will be deducted from your refund. We highly recommend that all course registrants transfer to another course date that may suit them. (There is no admin fee payable for the first course transfer/change made; thereafter, 25% will be added to the course fee.) Refunds will be issued only once learning materials have been returned and received by the office.
