It explains the regulations in detail and demonstrates how to apply them in practice. In addition, it provides an in‑depth understanding of the Control Points and Compliance Criteria (CPCC) that is discussed step by step.
Course Objective
You will be able to apply the General Regulations of the Produce Handling Assurance (PHA) standard, together with the Control Points and Compliance Criteria (CPCC), confidently and effectively in real operational settings. The objectives include:
· Navigating the General Regulations to locate and interpret specific requirements.
· Explaining the General Regulations and CPCC, including how each requirement should be applied in practice.
· Preparing participants to coach others on the general requirements for a GLOBALG.A.P. audit or to train auditors for a GLOBALG.A.P. PHA audit.
