From Stellenbosch to São Paulo

NSF team members help build our truly global community and embrace international opportunities. We have more than 50 locations in 32 countries, and our team members speak more than 30 languages. Working here means understanding different perspectives and cultures, sharing knowledge with talented colleagues, and collaborating with well-known customers in locations ranging from Stellenbosch to São Paulo, Ypsilanti and Shanghai — and many places in between. Flexible working solutions (depending on role) include hybrid as well as cloud- and hub-based options.


Well-Being and Better Ways of Working

We have a healthy, inclusive culture that promotes well-being. Our global Employee Assistance Program provides free confidential support for real-life situations, like parenting, mental health challenges, home buying and more. Our Future of Work project pioneers better ways of working that empower NSF people around the world. So far, team members have helped launch Meeting-Free Fridays, a Mental Wellness Day and other initiatives related to balance and well-being. Volunteering opportunities help team members give back and prioritize wellness. Paid time off, health care and other benefits (according to location) mean team members can balance work and life, while market-leading on-the-job training and tuition assistance contribute to personal development.
