Falsification of audit report and certification documents

Description

Three falsified documents were transmitted by the producer to their buyer. The documents include two NSF certificates for the CanadaGAP program, bearing expiry dates of September 1, 2023 and September 1, 2024, respectively; and an audit report from a June 29, 2023 audit that did not occur.
